Our event accessories (audio guest book and photo booth) are available for rent for your event. Bookings can be made directly via our website by completing our Book a DJ inquiry form and providing relevant details (event date, selected items, etc.). We will communicate with you about the logistics of each item rental before and after your event.
You will be solely responsible for any damage (beyond reasonable wear and tear) to the rented items and agree to compensate us for such damages, the amount of which will be determined at our discretion.
We will provide content generated by the selected items within 7 days of your event date as downloadable files.
You acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for poor-quality audio, as it can be affected by various factors beyond our control. We also cannot be held responsible for any content created by your guests or other individuals.
We retain ownership of the copyright in the content created through the use of our rental items and grant you a license to use said content for personal purposes only.
Section 9: Last Details
We are based in Queensland, so this policy is governed by Australian laws. In the event of any dispute, we request that you contact us first at dance@morethanadj.com.au so that we can resolve the dispute quickly and cost-effectively. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
